I practise from a therapy room at my home in Penplas, Swansea, I am able to offer holistic treatments at a more convenient time for you, morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available.
Synergy Holistics motto is "make time for you" but unfortunately most people say they "haven't the time", these same people say they live quite a stressful life. A certain amount of stress in life can be beneficial to a persons well being, but if we continually experience stressful situations, without taking the time to relax and recharge, it can have a detrimental effect on our health, both mentally and physically.
Stress and anxiety can lead to a number of conditions including depression, skin disorders, high blood pressure, headaches and insomnia, the list is endless.
The benefits of holistic therapies are now being recognised and used along side conventional medicine by many healthcare professionals, cancer and cardiac patients in particular are seeing the benefits these therapies are making to their well being.
Therapies such as Massage therapy, Aromatherapy, Indian head massage and Reflexology can help many ailments. Reflexology is my personal favorite to perform, it relaxes and rebalances the whole being on a much deeper level which enables the body's own healing potential to be activated. I receive regular Reflexology sessions myself, so I am well aware of its benefits.
