About Me

I am happily married with three children and 6 Grandchildren. I have worked in the care profession for just over twenty years as a senior community care assistant for the local authority.

My first experience with Holistic therapies was in 2004 when I enrolled on the VTCT Diploma in Indian head massage at Swansea College. In 2007 I decided to go on to do the VTCT Diploma in Holistic therapies which included Massage, Reflexology, and Aromatherpy. It was during this course that I discovered my passion for Reflexology.

I went on to further my knowledge in Reflexology in 2008 by achieving Reflexology in pregnancy and childbirth and again in 2009 by acheiving Advanced Maternity Reflexology with the much respected Reflexologist, Doula and childbirth educator Mauricio (Moshe) Kruchik. The Knowledge I gained from this course was invaluable and was put into practise by myself when my daughter gave birth to a her daughter in a birthing pool at her home. It was a truly moving and peaceful birth, which afterwards resulted in not only a relaxed mum but a happy and contented baby too, who has slept throught the night from the age of six weeks.

I have continued to enhance my Holistic knowledge and professional development by completing essential oils in Pregnancy and Childbirth, attended the workshop “Exploring Massage and Reflexology with Cancer” at The Old Mill Holistics Education Centre, Swansea, and most recently completed the Reflexology lymph Drainage course with Sally Kay.

I am fully insured, a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists and Enhanced CRB checked.
